Very well located, metro is a 10 min walk away and cheap 1.50 euro each way or worth getting a 24hr /48hr pass if you plan to use it multiple times per day. There is a lovely park next to the station. Highly recommend downloading 'city mapper' app, you will not get lost with this. The colosseum is also a 10 min walk away through another beautiful park . Vatican is 5 stops on the metro, trevi fountain 3 stops. Make sure you pre-book tickets to the colosseum / vatican to avoid queues. There are lots of cafes/restaurants/shops nearby, lively at night. Triple room was ok in size for 2 people, a bit of a squeeze for 3 but you shouldn't be spending much time in there! Bathroom was small, although shower was decent size. There is hand wash supplied and mini toiletries. Room was very clean and has a large window overlooking the street. No issues with noise. Taxi to/from Rome Ciampino airport should be 35 euro max, make sure you agree once you get in. If I were to visit rome again, I would stay here again.

The staff was absolutely amazing. My flight got cancelled twice in the day before my arrival (due to the strike in Italian airports), and they were perfectly helpful trying to accommodate my ever changing arrival date and time, even allowing me to arrive after the front desk was closed. The location is very good, with a lot of public transport connections. If you’re looking for a nice price/quality relation stay in Rome without having to stay too far from the centre, this is what I would recommend. It’s not luxurious, but it will do and they’ll make you feel welcome.

Ana

-close to the termini station -staff was very friendly, answered all of our questions -10 minutes walking to the colosseum -room was clean, air conditioning worked well -room was on the smaller size (just a bed, mini fridge, tall dresser with a safe inside, and a bathroom) but this was perfect for us as we were only in the room during night time. great price as well

Veronika

The location was excellent because I was meeting daily with people involved with an 50th Anniversary performance at the Brancaccio Theatre just a few steps near. The room had plenty of space and the bathroom was fine...but there was a bad smell when I arrived. Next day I bought some air freshener and left in the room for others when I departed.

The lecoation was grate , everything is really close to get by a walk. Also we drove by a car and found parking right next to entrance. Also we had bralfast included , so enjoyed it as well! Room clean and everything you need, only the hair dryer outdated and for long hair not really convinient , but that was not a big deal.
